For Spaniards the Paella is much more than just a meal. It is really a social and familiar ritual deeply rooted in the Spanish culture.
It is difficult to explain really, you have to feel it. Making a paella in Valencia or Alicante is a party. It is an excuse to meet with friends and enjoy friendship.
In Almarina we invite you to live this authentic experience with us in your own villa.
While our paella is cooking slowly our Chef will unveil the secrets and traditions of our gastronomy and discover the best paella recipe.
We will prepare for you as well an “aperitivo” with traditional meals and drinks of Valencia such a sangria or an Spanish Omelette.
When the Paella is ready you just have to enjoy the authentic Spanish paella that is not easily taste it.
We will follow with fruits like melon that fits perfectly with Paella and a homemade cake really appreciated by the Valencians “La coca de Llanda” with a sweet drink called “Mistela”.
At the end of the course you will be ready to have the typical siesta as if you would be a local!
Believe us, this is a one-time occasion to know the authentic paella in the real Spanish way.
